01How long does it take?
Laman Mula takes about 7 days, Laman Bisnes 14 days and Laman Kedai 21–30 days, counted from the day we receive your content (text, photos, logo). The launch date is written into the quote.
02I don’t have a logo or photos. Is that OK?
Yes. We use licensed stock photos while you take your own, and can suggest a simple wordmark. Full logo design is a separate service.
03Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the code is handed over after full payment. If you ever want to switch builders, you take everything with you.
04Are there monthly fees?
Domain and hosting have a small yearly cost. The Jaga plan (from RM99/month) handles it all: hosting, SSL, backups, small edits and reports. Optional, not required.
05How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, the other 50% before launch. By bank transfer or DuitNow, with an official invoice.
06Can I edit the site myself?
Laman Kedai comes with a CMS for products and content. For the other packages, small edits are included in Jaga, or a CMS can be added.
07Can I try these sites?
Yes. Every site works end to end: calculate a price, pick a date, add to cart. It’s the fastest way to see what your site could do.
08Will my site show up on Google?
We set up the SEO basics: titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and your Google Business Profile. Rankings depend on competition, but people searching your business name will find you.
