Who we are

This site is run by Kelip Studio, an independent website studio in Malaysia. This notice explains how we handle personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you fill in the brief form: your name, business name, industry, phone number, email (if given), package, budget and message. We also collect anonymous visitor statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) through Vercel Analytics, without tracking cookies.

What it’s for

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, run your project. We never sell or share your data for third-party marketing.

Where it’s kept

Briefs are delivered to the studio inbox through our email provider (Resend). The site is hosted on Vercel. Both may process data outside Malaysia with equivalent safeguards.

How long

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept as long as accounting and legal duties require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us through the WhatsApp or email shown on the Contact page.
